I use amsoil, but what ever you choose just change it regular. my amsoil is rated 10K and don't like it to go over 5k. Maybe a little overkill, but better safe than sorry.

I just use 1.7 quarts of Mobil 1......apparently.

royal purple ftx is the best plus 5 hp gain and 80 degree lower oil temp

Pennzoil Ultra. Cleans better then Mobil 1 and is a little thicker.

Generally as long as it is a full synthetic you should be good. Synthetic has a longer life, and protects your engine from friction much better than any other oil. You' get a ridiculous amount of different brand name answers asking a question like that. Good luck

Royal Purple has proven gains of horsepower. A few lubes decrease friction which results in less hp lost.
