Thank you Scotty!!
This just sweetens the experience of buying this car.
It was very easy to sign up.
Let's just hope our dealers will honor it.

Supplier is ABOUT invoice - it is NOT GMS (Employee) pricing.

The list of credit unions are in the sign up portion - put in your home state, and the list will appear.

It is up to your dealer to honor any discount(s).

It's only the facts ok. So don't take it personal.

This is info I give for the benefit of the members. GM does have stake in it but it's independent company.

Sorry when it comes to credit and finance I am like a terminator. I have no emotion only destruction of bad credit and poor loan practices.

(not an anti GMAC just so you know that it's not GM lending you the money).

Knowledge is power. What you do with it... is up to you.

Aren't almost virtually all dealers simply refusing to offer the car at the supplier price? As a GEICO associate, I'm entitled to supplier discounts however I was told flat out by a local dealer "it's our choice, we won;t sell it at that price, end of conversation".

He then allowed me to leave with the understanding I wouldn't be purchasing one... So... Yeah. I thought that GM could force them.

GM can't tell the dealerships how much they are able to charge because of the Franchise laws. GM is offering supplier pricing, but it is up to the dealer to accept selling it at that price. It's to be expected right now really. This is one of the most anticipated cars of all time and it hasn't even hit the showroom yet. They will accecpt supplier pricing soon enough. You just have to be patient if that is what you are looking for.
