Typically I'de say uhhhh............about, ohhhhh........... 100% of the time I drive with the hood down. If I need to look at the motor It's usually for a reason.

Hum it was a fake "1st Camaro" thread and we busted the guy cause the pics without the engine cover had bunch of dust on the engine. I think it was an April fools joke.
No dealer would sell it like that and of course it's CTF Fleet. |

Most of those covers just trap dirt and heat in the engine. The are only there to cover injector noise and make things pretty. I'll leave mine off 99% of the time.

I'll be keeping my cover on. That's a whole mess of wires and hoses.

It does not look like a rats nest lol... It's clean there are just 2 heater hoses, throttle and air sensor cables, and the injector connectors, fuel lines and rail. It's clean and modern. Does not need a cover IMO just a hose dress up kit.
This is a rats nest btw.. (emissions rack). http://media.photobucket.com/image/1.../ratsnest2.jpg |

Remove the cooling restrictors (covers) and put a nice magnacharger up top there. My question is WHY did they route the heater hoses there? I just can't understand that one.
