It used to be a LPO (dealer installed) option. They are switching it to being RPO (factory installed) only. It's taking them some time to get the details of installation, etc worked up at the factory. Once they get the process in place and parts there, it should be available again.

2 questions.... if i was to buy the hurst shifter aftermarker would it cost more money? and will it void warranty somehow?

It probably won't be more expensive aftermarket. And you will only void your warranty on the transmisison and only if they can prove that you installed the shifter incorrectly therefore damaging the tranny... Other than that you are good to go.

yea just expressing my disappointment...thx for the responses tho guys
this is my first stick car so if there is one thing i want to make sure is covered by warranty...its the tranny! guess i wont be getting this...but on the bright side, being i never owned a stick vehicle i wont know the difference...LOL
