Sorry but I've never seen any online anonymous petition achieve what it was meant for. As mentioned above, instead of doing a pointless petition, change companies and when they send out their little survey about why did you leave, put down it was because of this.

The petitions didn't work. Verizon backed down after the FCC stepped in and said no.
