Have you seen Wannagofast's Facebook page of the entrants so far? It's about 1/4 LS-powered (9 out of the 37 registered so far)...although, ultimately, we're all going to get severely spanked by either a 9-sec Mustang or GT-R. Regardless, fun times!

Meh, doesn't much matter to me as I run 142 mph (all motor, no nitrous..yet) whereas that Ford and Nissan are running 175+ mph...and the Nissan can hot lap those traps...with a passenger :(

yeah, that GTR is a bada$$ car for sure!!! I hope I can make it, this is as close to street racing as you're going to get with real street cars (most of them)....it should be fun....

Howard, try contacting Blake via Facebook. I had thought he was going to do 3 events this year so the next, if similar to last year, would be in the summer.

If anyone was still wanting to race this, tomorrow's event has been postponed until April 21. I think if you email info@wannagofast.com, you can get on the waitlist. I was really surprised to see six 5th gens had signed up.

Hopefully all 6 can still make the April 21st event!
