Thank you for your response. I've planned all along for a 2LT. I MIGHT be persuaded to go for a 2SS if everything else is right. But I have to have leather and some of the other toys. I'm flexible on some colors and wheels. But I can't imagine a car without leather. If anything changes, please let me know. Thanks again.

We are still waiting for our "Hero" V6 Car. From what I understand in this area it will be a 1LT car. As for a sold ordered car I am still waiting for car # 86 to arrive. It was built on the March 16th!!!!

We have not gotten ours yet. I have no clue what the car is even going to be. All I know is I have a red 2SS on it's way now..

Just curious. Several dealers have said that they don't know what they are getting. Weren't you guys able to order what you wanted for stock? Or did GM save you from this overwhelming responsibility?

Well, I talked to my dealer yesterday and in a really round about way - with a couple of lies thrown in - I think he was telling me that he is getting 4 cars and I am number 5. Which from what I can tell, pretty much negates me from getting a car this year. :(

Anybody out there close to the Chicago area have a car I can get in this lifetime? At MSRP, of course. What I ordered is below.

I was at Camaro training on Monday and they kept referring to the dealer V6 by May 6 car as the hero car....I am not sure where the name originated.
