Right on and congrats. How does insurance work in that situation. Is it under your insurance or theirs. And taxes etc. Sounds like a pain I would think that once you bought it its yours. You cant tell me that if a buyer wanted to sit in it and feel it they would not be allowed to. Send a buddy in and have him act interested and see what they do.
