That, and once Brad seen carl had turned down on top of him, he had to turn into carl, in order not to wreck himself. That's a standard "save your own ass" race tactic. I know if someone turns down on top of me, i turn into them in order to save my own skin.

That's cool. I'm not really up for discussing it... i was just dropping my opinion in the hole to get it out there. Lame cop-out i know, but any discussion of would/should/could is just mental masturbation, and wont get us anywhere.

I personally like races with THE BIG ONE in it as that is why most fans go IMHO. Just glad they make the cars safer to drive when they do wreck as I wouldn't want anymore to die from a crash. Also bet a bunch on the front rows had to go clean their pants after that wreck.

it was a great race to be at, and the restrictor plates make it entertaining..but the drivers don't like it...it needs to be like they way NASCAR was, knock out about half the rules, half the officiating, and just let the drivers use the whole track to race!!

This wasn't because of plat racing though ... that was the wreck at the start of the race. Nope, this was because of the stupid yellow line rule. As Carl said, they're going to keep racing like that until someone gets killed.

NASCAR is great, the only thing that matters is the last five minutes of the race so it doesn't take much of my time to be a fan.
