Well I drive a V6 1LT and I hope I fit in this category of cool parent.
However I have the only Camaro in my whole town, you should see all the eyes light up when I pull through the pick up area, they all go wild over it and my daughter is all smiles everytime.

Shoot...my daughter is 24 and I won't even take the car to her house for fear that she will drool on it

But really...I only buy manual shift cars because she will never be able to drive them. HOW I could give birth to someone who drives SO BAD!!! Its sad............Maybe the next generation will do better.

Well they didn't actually buy it just down payment, I get a bill every month for 374 dollars.

very cool. i remember when i was in middle school and my mom had a CTS with chrome rims. and she would pick me up. thought it was the coolest thing ever at the time.

I was sitting in middle school parking lot with no cars for 3 slots on either side and I see a car pull in VERY slow and wonders about her drying abilities. As I had a niece who was having serious medical issues, I went back to texting my sister. And you guessed it, she got her grandkids and while I'm looking down, she backs straight back into me. I kept my cool with her but told the school resource officer that I wanted to slap someone. He chuckled and told me "deep breaths". Had work done at dealership so it's guaranteed work.

My husband knew the officer and talking a week later the officer asked how I was doing and my husband told him I'm going to need a couple months of therapy still.

Lesson learned, keep your eyes on EVERYBODY.

And my son loves it when I pick him up in my car.
