Man if you can get 45k in this area (NE Texas) I would jump on that in a heartbeat. When I was shopping recently and looking for one (we got a 11 2SS) the 2010's were way cheaper than the 11's and 12's. I saw them in the mid and high 20's all day long. There is a SC'd one here in my area (on CL) that has been for sale for over a month at 36k. I feel for the guy as you know he has way way more than that in it and its a beautiful car.
