I think I'm going to wait to hear what the car sounds like before they put the exhaust on it. Then again after they put the exhaust on it. I should be able to get a feel for the sound cutouts might give me with the exhaust off the car.

Just skip mufflers altogether? My Z28 has long tube headers, dual 3 inch dropped off before the rear axle. No cats or mufflers and I love it, is pretty loud though. Turbo's should drop the sound level somewhat on cruising.
