Ok check this out. Here's all the stuff that was in the trunk when I got there. I didn't turn the floormats over (Doh!). Is that the build sheet on the left?

Oh - and to be EXTRA certain they follow my directions before I pick up the car, the front plate bracket is sitting downstairs on my kitchen table

I did - black. But they did not come with the car. Neither did the car cover. They are following up tomorrow to find out where they are.
