Catch me if you can

My question is, Why would a car that cannot be legally driven on the street have an odomiter? It will only drive a 1/4 of a mile at a time.

You're joking, right.....?

GM built it for the track. From the 4130 chromoly chassis to the Ford 9inch rear, this car IS NOT for the the street like my 69 COPO. Its a whole different animal from the 69, trust me.

Tim,
Stick to racing your aircraft and lay off the caffeine. Consequently you have never watched a Barret Jackson auction as I'm sure Jay Leno won't be racing his COPO anytime soon. Gio |

I wonder why they keep saying NHRA Stock/Super Stock. IHRA Stock and Super Stock is a valid option too.
And please people..its a race car..meant to keep with the Mustang and Challenger Drag Pak...its not a daily car...period. Get OVER it. Jeez. Its a race car.
