i didnt get the point of telling the dealer , not to wash it ?

The dealer, when they wash your car, will leave swirl marks on it.

The only mods are the splashguards and the rally stripes. I really wanted to go for the BumbleBee look, and this one will probably be known as BumbleBee JR haha

I live about 3 hours away from the plant that builds these cars, which might explain why it came so quickly, I don't know what the answer is there, but I'll post the actual date she was built when I know. Hopefully yours comes tomorrow, but I kept myself distracted reorganizin my garage and painting the garage doors and trim.

I was doing pretty good until today, when I found out it arrived, and now I am so wired and hyped up on goofballs, that I can't calm down. I better soon, cause my shift starts at 5am, and I am being tested on operating a BT lifter....I'd rather operate a brand new Camaro now.....O well

to be continued....or pics to follow.....

You don't need holes drilled to have a front plate mounted. Do a search here and find out some of the ways others here (including myself) have mounted the front plate without drilling into the bumper.

I agree, don't drill front bumber. Venders here have brackets to attach to grill. I did drill under bumber & installed hideaway mount.

Instead of starting a new thread I thought I'd add on to this one.

I met my Dad for lunch today. I didn't tell him yet that I bought a Camaro so I parked it and sat at a picnic table and waited for him to arrive. He parked beside my car! Lol I walked over and said nice car eh! And he said that's why he parked beside it and then asked where my car was. I pulled out my keys and said let's see if this one opens that Camaro! He smiled and immediately wanted to check it out.
I think he approves. He asked why I chose yellow, what size motor and the usual type car guy questions which I answered most of them. We had lunch and then he had to meet a client. His time to drive will wait for another day but today was a good father-daughter bonding day I won't soon forget!

My pleasure! My main intention was to buy a car my fellow Canucks built. I believe your plant also built my 02 Monte SS. She has over 230K now and still runs awesome! I'm thrilled with this Camaro, and I've been working on some friends and colleagues to follow suit! The gang in Oshawa have outdone yourselves! Thankyou for building my car! I had her in my possession 3 weeks and 3 days after I placed my order! You guys and gals do more than build cars; you create dreams and make them reality!
