Canada rocks !!! Canada is one of our best allies, it's practically "America North". I see no reason to get upset about imports from Canada, I'll take that any day over all the Asian imports.

i have been really suprized this hasn't come up sooner. i almost didn't order one because of this. i read somewhere that when the camaro was shut down last time, Canada talked GM into agreeing that if there was going to be a 5th generation Camaro, the 1st production plant would be in Canada.

i have wanted a new Avalanche since the redesign, but absolutely refuse because its made in Mexico. so, i bought a new Silverado from Fort Wayne, IN instead..........i still want my Avalanche!

because there is no substitution for the Camaro, i swallowed my pride, and ordered one. nothing against Canada, but it does piss me off that the American Muscle Car isn't made in the US. at least it's still North American!

sorry, but i beleive if you need my tax dollars, you shouldn't be allowed to make ANYTHING outside the US. Canada would be the exception because Canada has handed out mony too. here in WI, Chrysler is shutting down 2 engine plants and sending the work overseas......after getting 8 billion in US taxpayer money.........

I'm Canadian, and i'm pissed that most GMNA vehicles are built in the states. Now i'm not going to buy any of them. None. Becuase your cheap ass american vehicles can't ever stand up to our harsh Canadian winters and terrain (roads).

GM got gobs of tax breaks, union concessions and government " grants".... took the money and then closed the plant.

Deal was if the name CAMARO was used again the plant would be in Canada.

Seems fair.

i'm very happy and could really care less what u buy!

I'M AMERICAN AND I BUY MADE IN THE USA EVERY CHANCE I GET!! true, somethings just aren't made in the US such as the Camaro. i support US companies and US workers whenever possible.

i hope u enjoy ur Honda! i know i'll enjoy my 3 GM vehicles and my Harley Davidson!

My brother loves GM. He has a 2008 Pontiac Solstice GXP and a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD and a 1994 Chevrolet Silverado. My whole family buys GM products and we love GM. If GM comes out with Z28 Camaro he said he may think about buying one. He is either getting a New Corvette or CTS-V in a year or so.
