I got some sample cf from headlight armor and sprayed a krylon clear coat over it. IMO it looks better without it. I'm not sure if the cf from headlight armor and nightshades are the same though.

What are the differences? I was planning on ordering some more from headlight armor to do the dash panels and stuff.

Thanks...I am going to try automotive clear coat on some samples and the polycrylite on some others. I forgot what brand I bought. It was not 3M diNoc. I am not expecting much, as I only paid $15 for a 24x48 sheet. I got it from www.ijdmtoy.com. Didn't want to go crazy on price since I was just going to play. If anything will work I think the polycrylite might, since it has to be brushed on like you would real CF...I think it will depend how heavy of a twill it really is.

Different Manufacturers. IMO what we sell is the best you can buy.

I used plasti dip. I dont really like the matte finish though. It gets dirty tooooooooooo easily. I'm either going to wrap it in cf or remove it. idk yet.

I wrapped my shifter bezel the other night...just playing around. I like it but it could be better. I will eventually redo it. Heat is your friend...use a blow dryer or heat gun to go around corners. Take your time. Cut a piece a little bigger than you measure or think you need. Once it starts turning corners it uses more than you thought it would have. It can be taken off and redone easily too, so don't be afraid to lay it on there. Post pics when you are done!
