I ordered yellow and I agree stripes make the car look better and different but i was not a fan of matte as only option and seeing in person I still didn't like it. I own an all matte black cbr600rr so its not that i just don't like matte finish I do, but I think shiny new car needs glossy new stripes and surprised there is no option. When I found out matte only i decided to def go custom striping. There is a vic red at my local dealer with the matte stripes it doesnt look half bad but there was a victory red on here with glossy stripes that made me instantly drool.

Without stripes it looks low profile and somewhat plain, but with the rally stripes it's WOW and it has a more agressive look.

Yes, those look like the polished 20" rims. The 2LT will come standard with painted 19" rims however when you upgrade to the RS package, you get 20" midnight silver rims which can then be upgraded to 20" polished rims. To really get the Bumblebee look, you have to stick with the non-RS package since Bumblebee in the movie Transformers did not have Halo's. I definitely would get painted glossy black stripes that go over the front fascia as in the movie as well over rally yellow. Instead of a 2LT, go for a base SS since it comes with a spoiler and 20" rims standard and then simply do custom painted stripes and you have the closest look you can without spending $5,000 for a custom paint job. Bumblebee did not have polished rims either but painted as well so leaving them non-SS stock would be the closest look for those as well..

I was going to do this but decided on IOM with factory cyber grey stripes and the RS package after seeing some pictures of it. I just really don't like Rally yellow after seeing it in person..It looks way too bright for my taste and it being non-metallic makes it look boring to me as a standalone color...Also I like the Halo's as they give the car personality..And I bet nobody will remember that Bumblebee from Transformers had halogen lights instead of Halo's anyways unless you really pay attention.
