Yeah, you would think that for $120K they would wash it before putting it in their showroom. That thing is filthy!

They have completely lost touch with reality! 120K really, and I only get a year warranty

yeah I think they only built like 69 of those slp ZL1's and they did own the rights to the name.

to me that is 80k-90k car max though I think they are dreaming.

SLP still owns the trademark of ZL1 . . . GM bought licensing from SLP to do it

Actually I believe the only thing SLP owns rights to was "ZL". That's why on their ZL1 you see the "registered" symbol after the ZL and not the entire thing. SLP did post something from GM last year saying the agreed to terms to not make anymore ZL1's after those 69.

Yes SLP. I got to see one of these brand new at Houston's Corvette and Chevy Expo this past Feburary and the package was $72,000 above an SS and the guy proudly displayed the window stickers. My wife thought it was 72K for the whole thing and I showed her that you have to add the price of the car too. The 750s are limited production, there were suppose to be 69 but they ran out of time since their ZL1 rights ran out at the end of 2011. This was all told to me by the owner of the car. I had a lengthy dicussion with him about it.

It's not even the SLP ZL1, it's looks to be just a modded 1SS.

Yeah, because you can totally get a supercharged LS7 installed in an SS for 10k ...

Never mind any of the other stuff you get with the car

Is it worth more than a ZR1 Corvette? No. But its also worth a lot more than ~$45k too.

Correct. If you look closely at SLP's information on their website, you'll see that its actually a ZL(tm)1.
