Actually just edited that post slightly to make it a bit clearer...and STILL forgot to note that if your sub amp is a Class D, it might be causing issues. Less likely for an A/B amp to, as the power supply switching speeds are different. Not impossible, just less likely.

If it IS the amp, it may or may not be possible to shield it. You can use metal, a copper mesh would be ideal, to create a Faraday shield (google it). Or simpler, metal or mesh between the amp and the tire, with the metal being grounded to the car's chassis. Depends on how strong the Radio Frequency Interference is.
You can also first try changing the amp's orientation or then it's location. This may well move the radiated noise sufficiently away from the sensor's receiver. This all assuming that it IS the amp; you'll want to figure that out before experimenting on fixes centered around it being the problem.
I know it's a LOT to ask, but disconnect (and insulate) that amp's turn on lead (or pull a fuse if you can) to power it down, try that for a few days and see the problem vanishes.

Have some updates for everyone

1. While talking to my wife we actually came to the conclusion that the issue with the TPMS started 4/15 and not 4/22.
2. Two things were done on 4/14. We swapped the 9980 for the 9990 and the installer supposedly had upgraded to the latest firmware
3. On the firmware issue. I mention supposedly because the installer told me it was done but when i looked a few days ago it was the previous version.
4. So yesterday the installer and myself decided to take the dash kit off as well as the navigation so im back to stock radio. The dealership had only said the navigation system but the installers dad is actually a service tech for another chevy dealer and he had recommended to remove the dash kit and plug back radio since the radio is part of the system and it would require it to be plugged back up to be linked up. Obviously it shows how classic chevrolet has no clue how to troubleshoot this issue. Worst thing that could of happened was me take my nav off as directed by Classic & then they come back and tell me i need to take the dash kit off.
5. The suspicion now lies that that scosche dash kit may be the problem. Due to the fact that it was modified on 4/14 and TPMS started 4/15. Due to the fact that the installer were having a hard time updating it 4/14. Seems like whatever they attempted messed up the dash kit and now throws the TPMS issue. Also yesterday the installer tried to upate the firmware again. Scosche told them to try updating it in the demo mode adn the kit died. Sent that yesterday for a replacement.
6. Drove alot yesterday and no TPMS issue. Will continue to monitor and post progress
7. New kit arrived.. had it installed and no tpms issu anylonger. Defective Dash kit it was.

TPMS

I have a 2013 SS stock. The left rear tire is flat line and the dash shows to check tire pressure monitoring system. This has been happening on and off since the second week I had it. The dealer replaced both rear TPS. The same thing continues to happen. GM wanted to know about my window tint, that could be throwing it off. The tint is ATC ceramic film no metal. That's not the issue!!!! So now it sits until they can pull some other cause out their asses

Tell them to change the RKE (remote keyless entry) module, it contains the antenna for the TPMS as well. They even made me change out my LED running light bulbs, and I had window tint, had to have the shop call them and tell them it was carbon film. I told them to change the RKE module 2 times, and they just kept changing the TPMS sensors. Then they finally changed it, guess what? No more TPMS issues.

kspinelli,

My apologies to learn that your TPMS concerns are causing you a great deal of displeasure. I understand why you would post to the forum about this. If you feel additional assistance is necessary, I can communicate your concerns with your GM dealer's Customer Experience Managers. Please message us privately if you would like to discuss this further, or if you simply want this matter documented.

Sincerely,

William R.
