Does Rake Stance Affect Handling

I am located in Sonora, up near Yosemite so with family and work, it can be dificult to get to events. I am planning on the 3rd Annual Camaro event at Buttonwillow. I go to SoCal often, how do I find out about the SoCal Camaro5 race team events?
