Footwell Lighting Question

Stupid question. Does the 2SS have footwell lighting already? I haven't seen it in action if it does.

No it doesn't. They will be availble on GM accessories. I believe it Q2. Call Scottys guy.

I personaly don't think the price will go up on this car. There is way to much going on at GM right now. Besides everyone is trying to save money so making the car cost more will probably hurt sales. Just my .02 cents

yeah they would probably do the risk analysis, say they sell them for 5k more, but risk losing x amount of customers, depending on that formula. But I would think it would go up just to added features the second one is going to have.

Okay so I just installed footwell Led lighting in my 2SS because I got tired of waiting for GM To start making the parts they have been promising for 5 months. It looks Great. Ran two twelve inch strips of Iced Blue Leds,(Matches the door ambient color) under the dash one on each side, ran the wire to the dome light power so when you open the door they come on. Its easy and dirt cheap, 19.00 in parts each side. Two strips, 19.00 each. Takes two hours to install if you want to do it nice and tidy. go to www.superbrightleds.com if you want to get DC powered LEDS.
The only tricky part is getting into the dome light counsel, but there is a thread on that with photos, another member put it up and its alot of help.
