scratch advice please

any thoughts? was thinking of getting some touch up paint till I can get the mirror replaced. and yea it will need to be replaced, the part where it comes to a point seems to have been flattened out. also some advice on where to get a replacement mirror would be helpful. it's not heated or auto dimming if that helps any

I swear I must be blind or something because whenever anyone posts a picture of scratches or dents or something I can never see them ever.

That green strip on the lower edge of the mirror is the scratch not a reflection
