I'm 5'10" with a long torso and I fit just fine with out lowering the seat all the way and wearing a hat.

no way i (6' 3") can sit in comfortably with the sunroof.....i tried twice with 2 different Camaros.

I am 6'2" - 250+ Plenty of room for me. I did have to lower the power seat, but I had over an inch to spare and that was with the seat back in a fully upright position.

I'm 6'4 and fit fine. The seat is slammed to the floor and as far back as possible. But I do fit comfortably ! No one is sitting behind me, but don't really care ! LOL

I'm 6'4-ish and had a tough time with the Moonroof equipped Camaro I sat in. I just couldn't drive the car day in and day out even if I wanted to, as it was work just to make sure I positioned myself to not scrape up against the roof. I dunno how the non Moonroof version would suit me though....
To add to that, you DON'T want to cut it so close with headroom, as if you get into an accident and elevate from the momentum a bit, that could be your neck snapping.
