It's awesome to see you bringing a damaged car back to life, and giving it a loving home!

Great work!

Hello PeeBee,

okay your car has the hood i wanted. i have the standard hood.
didn't know there was one in belgium.
to be honest it looks great. mine will not look so close as yours on the outside.
maybe if i save enough i can get the correct hood in the future.
for now i am glad i saved a beatifull car from being torn apart and sold in pieces.

hey Dave,

Yours will look closer on the inside from the pictures... I stuck with the standard interior (ok, some additions due to the SLP ZL585 package).

The hood is part of that... There is one very close to it that you can order from SLP if you want to have the TF2 look, but the cowl entrance is a bit further back...

Thanks for the advise for the hood.
i was wondering, do you still have the original hood?
if so, what would you like for it( if you sell it)
I saw that you live in Belgium.
If i may ask where in belgium.

I am now working on the exhaust parts.
I am making them myself.
Also the splitter i am going to create myself in cooperation with Bernico Racing
( they make F1 F2 F3 Racing boats in Belgium)
We make there seats and interior parts.
You can check out there site www.bernico.be
(for people with big budgets anyway )

Your car looks awsome. i hope mine will look as close as yours at some time.
Only i will keep my wheels the American Racing Daytona. if i am honest my girlfriend does not really like the hurst wheels.

But she also isn't so glad that i sold my mustang to buy a Camaro.
She still has here first car , a 1973 Ford Mustang grande Medium aqua( rare color)
Dont get me wrong, she really loves the Camaro( Transformer dvd and cd ar almost worn out of watching it an listening to it over and over again by here and me).

His name is Bayram Savas.
Its a 36 years old Turkish guy.
And believe me, a lot of companies can learn from him.
I have seen him restore classic cars that looked as if they would fall apart . and he made them like new.
The guy that had to paint him didnt even need any putty or bondo , just primer coat. amazing.....
If i didnt have him i would have never bought a car with damage like that.
Also the 67 Camaro in one of my first pictures has been done by him, it was completely rotten.before that a' 68 Camaro Convertible, and a 67 belair
I showed him the pictures from when my car was still in Brookly, and showed him the damage and all he sayd was"No Problem"

They are beautifull wheels.

Today the doors were sprayed in yellow base, and pearl clear on the inside.
Next week they will put al the loose parts on the car and spray the car on the outside in the pearl base coat and then a 3 layer clear coat.
After that they put on the black Bumblebee stripes. hope they finish the job before i go on holliday with my girlfriend next weekend.
2 weeks Great Britain.
we are going to the Air Tattoo biggest air show in europe.
tomorow i have to deliver a finished car to a customer and after that i am going to work on the rear bench of my camaro.
Maybe i will put in 2 headrests just like the concept.
