The reason he wants you to put completely satisfied is because anything less and GM will ding his salesman rating. Dealers in the area are then ranked on customer satsifaction and everyone who buys a new car gets the survey.

Most times you have to research cars yourself. Only true car addicts will know all the fine details.

I picked my car out online. biggest priority for me was getting a stick. all the salesman really had to do was come up with an acceptable price. but I have to say, he did a great job.

That's exactly what I did.

I did all the paperwork and went to go get it, and thry brought a grey on grey Camaro around.

I said what the H$ll is this?

He said "its your new Camaro!"

I replied " Are you color-blind....ohh wait if you were colorblind YOU COULD STILL TELL GREY FROM BLACK!!!"

Morons..

And they tried to charge me $1.00 per tire for a new flroida tire fee (scam)
The total was $5.00.
I explained Camaro's do not have a spare tire and no one on the entire sales floor knew so i opened the show room model, tore out the liner and said "I WANT MY DOLLAR BACK AND A BLACK CAMARO!!!!"

And the service department is a joke!

So thankfully I know how to wrench on cars, and I have many other Chevrolet dealershops to choose from in my area.

End of Rant.

The son-of-a-b**** of a saleman placed my order wrong 3-times in a row and delayed me for 3Months!- had a fight with him and knocked-out his manager in his office.
Plus, he had no clue about the options as he gave me wrong info, such as, did not mention there were no 4 dial-gauges in my 1LT.

only the SS's don't have a spare. and that's probably because the front and rear tires aren't the same size. i would imagine rolling down the road with 3 different size tires on your car wouldn't be a great idea.

anyhow, all the other camaro's do in fact come with a spare. if you do in fact have an LS, you have a spare.

When I purchased my 2011 Camaro Convertible, my sales consultant provided me with a card which contained the following link http://www.dealerrater.com in order to provide feedback about my buying experience.

This is actually a good site as you can search by either manufacturer or search for dealers by State.

In order to leave a review, you'll need to register and, as always, the reviews by buyers, would-be buyers and service customers is subjective. One person may have an excellent experience and another a not-so-good experience.

As mentioned above, it is a pretty good site to look up and read reviews about dealers in your neck of the woods left by people just like you.

Check it out. You have nothing to lose and can only gain by utilizing this site. http://www.dealerrater.com

Heck, I'll even start you guys off with the page for Chevrolet -http://www.dealerrater.com/reviews/Chevrolet/

All you need to do is select the State in which you purchased your Camaro, then select the dealership from which you purchased your vehicle and read the reviews.

Be active and let others outside of this forum know what your experience with a specific dealer was - good, bad or indifferent!

My salesman at Appleway Chevrolet in Spokane, WA was a dream to work with. He knew the car and sold me no bum steer. The finance guy was like Count Dracula, tried to bleed me dry but found me the best interest rate in the long run and kept my payment where I could deal with it.

Your welcome to come over my house and show me where it's at then.
I assure you there is a battery and an inflator kit, no spare.

I can also provide pics for proof, after all it's sitting in my driveway.

It may be an option, but no LS on the lot had one.

Wrong, no Camaro comes with a spare, the spare is optional on only the V6 models. It costs $150 for the spare and jack kit. The SS has no spare option at all for one reason, the spare will not clear the brembo brake calipers
