Do you have a pump performance curve for the 55 gpm pump and a system resistance curve for the ZL1?

You have it plugging into the IC pump harness, so it pulls few enough amps to work there?

Have you tested the actual flow through the system with this pump?

I have been doing some intercooler pump flow tests on my STS-V so I am interested in how this pump might do in the similar Cadillac setup.
Intercooler pump test 4: Jabsco 29 gpm pump
We have been using the vehicle as our test and 'flow bench' as it is impossible to simulate all of the restrictions from the factory system, using thermocouples where necessary to determine what the cooling system drawbacks have been.

We have been working hard with Meziere on selecting the right pump as well as watching the OEM's like Ford Racing & Chevrolet Performance who have the ability to test and engineer things we cannot.

We know this a a 55GPM pump and estimates are that it only really flows 20+ give or take when in the factory system

Very impresses with the write-up you put together!

Again, thanks to you guys for bringing a product with brackets, fittings, and wiring figured out. That should save buyers a ton of time and store trips.

Assuming the 55 gpm pump has a higher shutoff pressure then the lower flow pumps, but a similar pump curve, it should flow better and result in lower IAT2s. It would be fun to measure one of these in place and see the actual gpm, but the proof of the benefit will be seeing lower IAT2s and faster recovery.

As time permits we can do more extensive testing like you mentioned but we knew it would work from a lot of the OEM testing we have found and with Meziere's data. On the car it lower's IAT's BIG TIME> I will be posting a graph shortly

I wonder if the ZL1's A/C could have a switch operated redirect to the intercooler via Homelink for a little additional "chill" factor. More innovative inventions from "stymie enterprises, a division of confuse-a-cat industries"...

Oh, the heck with the "fabled" Phase II kit; I think I'd swap out my LSA for a ZR1 Corvette LS9 engine.

The pump that comes with the Maggy and all other SS blower kits is 5GPM versus this which is 55GPM and works GREAT for those applications. The install and mounting is slightly different though

The larger flowing pump doesn't create any problems without adding coolant capacity?

Nope. The additional flow is required with additional boost modifications. We have tried tanks up to 20G in additional capacity to test this. These are available on our website for purchase

No tune required

How does the mounting differ for the TVS2300 and can the reservoir that comes with the Maggie still be opened during operation to verify flow.... or would it blow coolant out the top due to the increased flow?

You will have to mount this with your own hardware or our bracket with our heat exchanger. Yes, you can still open the cap on the reservoir
