Didn't want to go this far...
Mine has been in the shop for 44 days now... I faxed letter plus documentation to the Customer service administrator for dealership on Tuesday & certified mail letter to Chevrolet yesterday, requesting resolution within 30 days. I have not yet contacted BBB. I had been hoping to get this resolved without having too many people involved, but at this point I guess I have to try to cover myself. The service department has been very nice, trying to appease me, but i can't get this resolved.
My roof had small rub-tear, they ordered roof (took 5 months to get from GM), finally went in to be replaced and have the recall fix. I hated the fit of this new roof (not as "snug" as the original, cables visible, etc) then came the WATER! Pouring into back floorboards, and it was allowed to sit that way... for weeks. Replaced carpet. then it happened again! I called Chevrolet's Customer service line twice, during all of this, with no return call... ridiculous!
