the BIG meeting place is in the parking lot of the host hotel. its ONE BIG PARTY.

People will typically go find themselves a restaurant somewhere around town to eat dinner, but then after that, it's party time in the host hotel parking lot

We "confiscate" a table from the hotel lobby, and set up a make-shift bar for all to enjoy

Tito's is good. Try Enchanted Rock, too. My neighbor is one of the owners, and the distillery is local. They are becoming known as Texas' premier Vodka.
