Actually I've found a pink bath towel to be the best. Not only does it eliminate ALL rub marks, it also increases horsepower and improves throttle response.

And if a sudden cloudburst appears you can use it to dry off your seats and yourself.

Thanks man. Is your vert VR? In photos I have a hard time distinguishing VR from IOM. VR can have an orange cast to it in bright sun light.

Couldn't resist dropping it at least once, during "break-in".
No more.

Just a thought
Are you having a concern with rub marks on your vehicle? Please send me any details, if so. We are here at your convenience.

Which color will affect the mileage?

I may buy a varity of colors and use each color depending on my preference that day.

If I feel the need for speed, I can use the Pink one.
If I just want to put some easy miles on it, I'll use whatever color that will improve my milage.
Etc, Etc.

I think it's ridiculous that we have to manually out on a tonneau cover and even more reediculous attest we have to lay down a towel first. Lookin forward to this new top design in production!

I agree not having to mess with the tonneau cover and a towel would be very nice. However I look at their use along the same lines as using the double bucket method and a leaf blower to wash and dry my car. Anything that helps protect and maintain the appearance of the car is to me just a minor inconvenience.
