The paint wont fade, the condition of the clear coat might be different, but nothing that a quick pass with the buffer can't take care of

It will depend on a group of exposure variables.

If it is left outside in the Sun all the Time, probably will see a difference after maybe 4 - 5 years. If garaged, I will bet good money, you will not tell the difference.
