Well a V8 Will never sound like a V6... She obviously associates the sound of a V8 with some flowmasters as a "truck" sound.. Oh well...

What's wrong with direct injection? Better get used to it. Ford and chevy are both bringing out direct injection small blocks for the next gens. At least that's what they keep saying...

I have heard some pretty BAD ASS trucks in my day, that may not have been an insult!!!

On the other side of the coin, many ladies could care less about cars, in fact many would prefer to never hear then when they are running (that would be my wife), Again, I would not get to upset about the comment.
