I think I've seen a few dynos from 2009 posts where people were under 300 rwhp. Probably before the glorious fuse pull was discovered. The year 2009 BFP (before fuse pull, lol)

Hahaha, I like that! BFP.... The scary days of underpowered stock camaros in the years BFP.

And I agree, 315 is wayyyyy low, I baselined (after a fuse pull) at 382. Oh well, I'm just glad my camaro isn't and never was at 315rwhp.

The AIRAID seals when you close the hood, so it is a closed box. The reason we use the hood is it allows us to use allot larger filter with allot more surface area, which equates to more airflow, better filtration, and longer service intervals.

It's a very common misconception that because it had a "Lid" that it works or performs better, which is just not true. In allot of the vehicles we have tested, the systems that have a "lid" actually flowed quite a bit less air.
