All runs were made on 93 octane pump gas. DA all night was over +2000. First run was done around 10pm at Lonestar Motorsports Park in Sealy, TX. This track is owned by Hennessey Performance and even Mr. Hennessey himself was impressed with this car

The car has not made over 5psi on a straight run. During testing during the day the afr was between 10.4 at low boost and 11.4 at max boost. I did check the belt and it was still tight after the run. I believe the gauges were a little off due to being out of fuel. He barely made it back to the parking area

His run before this was a 13.14 with a 2.07 60 ft. He dropped 1/10th in the 60 ft on the last run but didn't gain anything on his total timeslip. And on the 13.14 run he spun out of the hole and it spun when it shifted into 2nd also. If we would of had a little more fuel in the tank on the last run it should have been a 12 second run. The only fuel available at the track was 108 octane and higher so we didnt want to use that.

The tires used are Mickey Thompson ET street drag radials 303/35/18 on C5 Z06 replica wheels.

Alex's car ran faster than all the mustang gt's that were out there and faster than all the Camaro SS's that were out there except 1 which was an auto full bolt on and cammed who ran 12.8's. The fastest SS besides the cammed one was an auto with cai and diablo tune. He ran 13.3's all night long.

So overall we're real happy with the performance. We were expecting a mid 13 and exceeded that by alot.

I do have a video of one of the runs which was a 13.3 but the clock sign wasnt working that night so it doesnt show the time. I'll try to post it tonight or tomorrow.

We'll be shooting for 12's for sure next time so stay tuned

Those wheels and tires make a big difference. What front wheels and tires was he using? That is a great rear wheel and tire combo. M/T ET streets are the best

In order to run that fast with it running that rich, you had to be running at least 7 psi of boost and most likely 8-9 psi. You may want to chech your gauge so you know for sure how much boost you are ACTUALLY running.

I am not trying to diminish your accomplishment because this is a great time. It is unlikely that it was achieved at 3 psi and 10:1 AFR.
I'm kind of with you on this... especially looking at the trap speed... the 109 is impressive, but don't think possible on 3 PSI..

Little Ricer math..

Ok... rough rule of thumb 10 HP = 1 MPH....

Stock traps are 95 to 97 average...

N2O traps - 100 shot 104 to 107, which lines up with the rule... The 125 shot guys trap at 113 but they also have a lot of other mods, likes slicks skinnies, etc... so might make up the extra MPH..

So the 109 trap speed tells me the RX system picked up probably something in the 100 HP range... which is a bit much for only 3 PSI...

Also, there are other ways to make more boost without the different lower pulley. Running a smaller charger pulley will increase boost as well - obviously. What size sc pulley is he using?
The s/c has the stock drive pulley on it. That one does not change. The only one that can be changed is the crank pulley. we are on the smallest crank pulley which makes 5-6 psi. I've seen on this car 6 psi only for a fraction of a second at a time but a consistent 4-5 psi above 4k rpm. Again, the car was out of fuel which I believe scewed the gauges. It was pushing 5 psi on previous runs(3) but we spun on all of them. 13.14et w/2.07 60 ft and spun out of the hole and between 1st and 2nd then a 13.12et w/1.96 60 ft. with no spin at all. So we gained .10 on 60 ft but only .02 on et on the last run. So obviously we did lose some top end on the boost or that would have been a 12.9x or 13.0x on the final run.

Yes the wheel and tire combo def helps. the rears are much lighter and a bit shorter than the wheels he normally uses. Front wheels are 20x8.5 TIS wheels on 255/40/20 street tire.(heavy)

Excellent job Alex!!!
Exactly what we normally see. I believe we lost a little boost at the top of the run from lack of fuel possibly.

And another equation here for you: 3 weeks ago car dynoed 257 rwhp and best run of 14.23 @ 98 mph with very very little spin out the hole. So we gained a full second and 10 mph or around 100 hp I'd say so should be around 360 rwhp.

Again I'm sure it was making more than 3 psi. Thats just what Alex saw on this run. The first 2 runs were 13.38 @ 106 and 13.32 @ 107 and I spun on both and let out a bit to regain traction.

Exactly, it's kind of hard to monitor several gauges while going down the drag strip. Which is one of the reasons I took this video, so I could watch my afr and boost the entire run. I didn't set the camera to its highest refresh rate so that's why it looks like my boost gauge is freaking out. As you can see I peak at 10 psi but very briefly.

Nice run. Only at 3lbs i see 12 in you future when you up the boost. I agree with Mr. G on the numbers thing. These are actual by a consumer these are what people look for.
