In my old 78 once the passenger threw a cig out and the wind blue it back and it landed in the rear seat cushion corner. I was like "uh.. somethings burning". Small fire and lucky for me I had a small extinguisher.

I sent a copy of what one dealer sent to a memeber here to my salesman. It showed where the buyer recieved a 2010 model Camaro, a key chain and a nice letter from his dealer. A few days later I went in to the dealership and asked if he recieved my email and what he thought about it. He just laughed at me, like I was some kind of idiot. I was his best friend before I gave him the down payment. Now I'm just some camaro nut.

I think tanner was describing me cause thats exactly what I received. It was thoughtful and appreciated. I have also received a call whenever they got something I might want to see, example car in showroom with my color or painted ground effects. Anytime something comes up I get a friendly heads up from Dennis Powell at city chevrolet in charlotte, nc. I am one of the few people patiently waiting and as of yet have nothing to complain about.

What did my dealer do for me?

They listened to me about keeping the window sticker in one piece, not folding it! They saved the build sheet, all the plastic from the interior, the certificate of origin, the dealer's invoice, didn't mount the front bracket for the license plate!

The didn't wash, polish or wax my car just like I ask...they also kept it in the garage away from the showroom and only told me about it being there! They called me when it arrived and I went in and out in about 30 minutes since I had my loan already!

My dealer...while he did nothing special for me as far as extras go...he did do everything I ask of him. Can't beat that.

I did get a letter saying I was the first 2010 Camaro customer from the owner of the dealership...so guess that's something!

save that letter .that and $2.00 can get you on the train ....only kidding .yes i asked my dealer to do exactly what you asked i hope he does ,and yes they do answer all our questions and do these things why because thats ther job .i go out and break my ass to pay for shit like this so they better break there ass for me ...i hope .good luck im going to smoke in my other car
