My C5 Corvette had the center exhaust. It was ok on that car but I wouldn't want it on my Camaro SS.

That's the REVOLUTION REAR DIFFUSER ( CENTER EXIT EXHAUST )
If your looking for the center exit exhaust look then this is the diffuser for you,this piece comes primed and sanded needing only final sand and paint. Can fit 4 round tips / 4 square tips or a custom made Lamborghini style big tip. http://www.revolutionstyling.net/PARTS_2.php

Magnaflow makes a dual pipe center exit exhaust an unrestricted motorsports sells a rear diffuser with a two pipe cut out in the center. It looks pretty trick.
