Doesn't really matter to me which side it's on. Not a big deal

Although there are a few that wanted it like the concept

Doesn't matter to me which side it's on... but I'd really like a release, it just feels wrong touching the paint to open it.

You mean you can only approach the pumps from one direction??? If you come from the other side of the pumps the side is reversed.

I don't mind the side now that I am used to it. The thing I hate is the plastic tether and hook meant to hold the gas cap that doesn't work.

I don't hate the location of it...I just have a hard time with the fuel pumps. They always fail to latch or something. I have to hold the nozzle like a F1 pit crewman .

It's odd (being as most chevrolets that I've driven have ir on the drivers side), and only bothers me as all of my other cars have it on the drivers side. But, as with anything else on a new car, something you have to learn/remember.

I don't hate the location, only the fact it didn't lock from the factory.

getting gas on any air force base, it's one directional, so the pump on the right side are always open. i love the location.

And so to close it, you would....?

Good thing they didn't put the filler on the top of the hip - I can just hear it now, how easily those gas drips chip that water based paint...

We have 4 Chevys, and 3 have the gas on the right.

"My biggest complaint was looking like idiot trying to find the fuel door release
and figuring out how to open it the first time I pumped gas."

This. I know my girlfriend was amused watching me try to find the fuel door release.
