The camaro was really the only car I looked at.

I had a 350z great little car but I needed something I could at least haul two of my kids around with out throwing one of them in the trunk

I looked into 5.0s. I've always been a chevy guy until my F150 engine blew. That's why I was looking for cars in the first place. Ford never again. I will own a Chevy until the day I die

I know all the 350 I looked at asked for 19,000 or above. so I purchased a new camaro ls for 23000 instead then I end up trading the ls for the ss. I also own a Hyundai Genesis coupe 3.8 track version sweat daily driver

My first choice was the Camaro, but I could not afford it for quit a bit! So I actually switched to the Scion FRS - as Toyota promised it WOULD BE UNDER 21 000$. They ****ing lied through their teeth on that one...when it finally hit the market after 1.5 years of them teasing people....it was 26.5k in my area bare bones no options....

I took one out for a spin and I have to admit, it drove freaking nicely, really put me in control of the road/ car, but it was the cheapest feeling car I have ever tried. The interior looked like it belonged on a toy model. Cheap stitching, cheap fabric, plastic looking/ feeling dash. Exterior looked cheaply cobbled together.

I guess it all worked out in the end, as I ended up saving and waiting that extra year and a half for the Scion-FRS. I noticed that Toyota preferred to tease buyers with pictures and silly videos that looked like they're made by a 17 year old on a blog site who had just discovered what a nice camera can do - this finally drove my patience and I realized I actually had enough for the Camaro by this point! - Remember in Canada the Camaro's are pricey, at least in my area!

I guess all I can really say is thank you Toyota for pointing me in the right direction

Sounds like you made a great choice. got any pictures of them? I'd go with the 350z over the Genesis.

I was actually looking at a yellow 2006 Pontiac GTO, only had 35k on it. Guy sold it to someone out of state instead of me, even though I had the money in my hand.
