You basically spray everything and peel off the excess around the letters. Using a toothpick or something similar, pick at the plastidip in the letters and take it out like that.

It's a pretty easy mod to do. Just peel slowly and it comes out very clean.

awesome thanks guys. any tips on plasti dipping the wheels i wanna do it while they are still on so i can get the lug nuts too. another member said to just wrap up the braking parts with trashbags. is it as easy as it sounds?

Wheels where not too hard, I had mine off the car about to replace the originals and thought what the
hell. I used cardboard cut out. Its been about a year now. Fading bad in Texas heat, so need to
get them powder coated or redo them.

What is the drying time before peeling?

I did mine yesterday after about 5 months ago the first try failed because of how cold it was. Me and a friend had some spare time so we pulled my car in the garage and went at it. Did 6 coats all about the same amount. 15 minutes in between time. Notecards between the tires with trash bags on the breaks. Very impressed...$25 instead of $400 or more. I will take it lol

Thanks! Yeah I agree very much. But a part of me wants to keeps some silver on the car to match the stripes. lol Since they are basically the reason why I bought the car in the first place. I am thinking about doing the Camaro next like the OP
