Correct you need to have the lines moved on the bumper that is what I did.

Exactly how do they "move" the cowl lines on the front fascia?

Do they cut the bumper and then do a bunch of body filler work?

The body shop will sand them down an build them up with the current hood lines. No cutting involved in the process I perched my bumper Gary's on the board he will move them for you if you order from him.
