Pretty sure the M6 only comes in a 2 door.. The M5 is 4 door and either one is bad as ****!

I test drove the l99 then the ls3. I pulled a u-turn in 2cd with the nannies off and broke the @ss end loose with little effort. I told the salesman he just sold a car.

I know in a straight line the a6 wins. Trouble is I can't keep it in a straight line with the m6

It's a fair question...you wouldn't want your car treated this way.

Eagle talon turbo's had to be beat to death right off the truck because they would not run if you didn't "Clean them out". the engine would get carboned up from stop and go's at the ports and factory.
I hear what your saying but it is necessary alot of times.
Good point, not true in this case. This was a joyride in a car he doesn't own.

Proper break in is drive it like you stole it from day one, at least I did with my new 2012 45th 2SS MN6. The engines can handle it and the computer will stop you from overloading it during the first 750miles after that, well game on. When I first got mine could not chirp gears until after about 750 miles, now I can do it in the first three. I have just broke 2000 miles and most of it was a 1000 mile round trip from MD to High Point NC. ED

My L99 A6 did feel a little sluggish before it was tuned.

But (tune only) I beat every stock LS3 M6 Camaro SS I raced at the track.
I ran 12.9x @ 108/109 mph (tune only) all day (no runs slower than 12.9x).

So I tell everyone with an L99 A6 to get a good tune.
My tuner will arrive tomorrow.. then I got to get the file to Ted Jannetty.. looking forward to getting my L99/A6 TUNED and really wake up my beast.

Also going in at the same time:
VMAX Ported throttle Body
Vararam Power Wedge
CAI intake w/ scoop and washer bottle relocation

Headers w/ HF Cats + X-pipe SOON

Yeah, like others have said, a tune makes a world of difference for the L99. Oh yeah, a gear upgrade helps too

And the M6 cost $1000 less. Not trying to add fuel to the M6 vs. Automatic fire, but..... Aren't some of you guys suggesting thousand of dollars in mods to make an auto be as fun to drive as a manual trans?

Just give it up already.

LOL! Yes, the 850's! Man, that was a riot when they told me to drive it like that. Felt like the engine was going to explode.

My tuned L99 has no problems leaving tire tracks behind chirping into 2nd. The tires break loose at 45mph if I get on it. My cam is arriving tomorrow and 3200 stall soon. I can't imagine what it will do then.

So I have a 12 l99, have about 2000 miles on it. Since a tune voids the warranty should i be trying to wait to a certan mileage before undergoing?
