I don't really understand the concept of DRL, if you can't see a car coming at you in daylight, you are blind and need to be stripped of your license.

So true. Anyone know how to disable them yet? I hate seeing cars driving in the day with their lights on. It looks ridiculous and like they turned them on by mistake.

Most of the time I agree, although I can see cars from farther away on rural highways if they have lights or DRLs. Especially gray or black cars. But personally I like to have full manual control over my lights, so I can use them only when I think I need them.

me neither, but i beleive its mandatory in canada.

You can put a cover over the sensor otherwise it will always be dark for the sensor thus turning the light on. If you click one left it usually turns everything of. Back in like 98 or so when this cam out there was no way to do this click it off, you push in the e-brake one little click and it would turn on your parking light.
