Regular vinyl dye or something different? That opens up a whole lot of possibilities...

Oh, and I almost forgot...the steering center cap should have an "SS" on it to provide even more distinction from its "little brother." Oh, and don't forget to add a large "SS" emblem on the rear (again, in place of the large gold bowtie emblem)...Now, no one will ever mistake it for not being an "SS" Camaro!
my grandpa loves the new camaros but the only thing he hates is the gold chevy emblem with the little white ss on the drivers side. he's owned many ss cars in his time(most notibly a 66 chevelle ss 396) and he loved the look of the ss cars with the ss in the grill. when i get my car we're either going to wait on the aftermarket or get a v-6 grill, match the bowtie to the grill, and throw the ss badge on it.

I was thinking about how everyone has said not to put anything on the passengers side that could fly off and hurt someone. How about the CAMARO emblem on the steering wheel?

I can't believe an aftermarket company isn't yet crawling all over the opportunity in providing one. SLOW out of the gate here!!

I ordered emblems from Emblem Pros and put them on the hood hump and the left side of the trunk lid, they look great. You can order them with any color 3 and camaro SS or just plain camaro above the LS3. They are ZR1 style emblems and licensed by GM.

I will probably remove the rear SS logo and add 2 SS emblems to the sides of the car's fender beside the side marker. I want to align the top of the logo to the top of the side marker. I may also move the word Camaro.

I disagree with you to a point. Anyone here long enough to know with a V-6 would not put SS badges on their ride. I've never even considered it. I'm happy with my 2LT RS V-6.

I agree. I like the clean look of no badges. I removed the GM badge alread, that looked horrible, I'm keeping camaro for now, but may remove it later. I do think it's good to have the ss badges on it so people know it's the v8. My rear ss badge is missing right now because it had to come off to get the stripes painted on, and I took it to a car show today and had several people who walked up from behind ask me if it was an ss because they couldn't tell from behind. I've already got one on order to stick back on.
