Mine was built the week of 08/13/2012. Took delivery when it came off the truck at the Chevy dealership 08/29/2012. So far it is heads above my 2011 2SS/RS Convertible. I can't wait until the break-in period and procedures are complete so I can go WOT to compare to my 2011 Corvette Grand Sport Convt. I called Lingenfelter and already have info and pricing on the 750 HP pkg. Will be taking this ZL1 to the dragstrip in the spring to validate performance numbers vs. stock.

It certainly is! I originally ordered Black but Blue Ray became available the day after I ordered. I checked some websites with Vettes that had walk- arounds on Night Race Blue, which is the same color, I immediately changed my order. I wanted the Z to be a different color from my Black SS convertible. Good decision. They are all great looking, no matter what color.

almost like the Polished wheels a bit better, but this car was in stock at a local dealer exactly the way I wanted it. The wheels were up in the air depending on what color I got. If I would have ordered this car, I was leaning toward IOM or Crystal Red, but no dealers had allocation. I figured I would get this while it was available, wheels are easy to change.

Mine is #1762 built 8/30/12. I think it might be the first inferno orange.

Actually I missed one a couple weeks ago in Indy.

The link took me to cars dot com but didn't list the vehicle. I wonder if there is a way to verify? Maybe my dealer?

Mine came from a dealer in Plainfield Indianna 2 weeks ago. No hard feelings I hope.

Just check the last three numbers of your VIN, The car that I was talking about is #925.

The reason it was not listed is because it is sold and was taken down.

My last 4 is 1762. I assume the one you refer to is 0925?.
