2SS Infotainment System Options Missing

I have encountered the same thing on my 2ss and no one in the dealership knows squat, but I do remember that when installing the onstar, they did mention that the air bags do not need to deploy to inform the of the accident. But how? the only other thing is pressing the red cross button next to the onstar.

Anyway I am also looking into the fact that the manual has this but the car doesent.

O by the way some guy at the dealership said that they had printed the manuals before even production began and that some features were cut out and it was cheaper to not reprint them... What the f*** I said but in the midst of GMs problems sounds logical.

I can tell you from working at a software company that instruction manuals rarely get updated with every change.

what's everyone else showing? anyone have any answers as to why my 2SS is missing this stuff?

we're under the impression that the 2SS is as equipt as it comes. it's not a huge issue, but if i'm supposed to have it.................where is it?

I noticed these options were missing but I assumed it was a cut and paste error from another manual.

but they are supposed to be there per the manual. i still haven't heard anything from GM, but figured i never would.

and if i did, i figured the explanation that i would get would be "they were going to be options, but aren't anymore."

it's all fu - fu shit anyway. but still...........the Drivers Personalization would be great as my wife is 5' and i'm 5'10". seat position and mirror memory would be awesome in this $37k car!
