Actually for me it just depends on the pump. Some places I have no issues, other places the nozzle tries jumping out of the car

Same for me although varies at different pumps. One thing I have found to help is not to pull the trigger all the way but latch at the second to last, seems to do fine.

A pretty simple fix is to just pull out the nozzle a little and itll lock. Easy..
