My dealer delivered mine as dirty as it came off the truck, still in plastic . That's how I wanted it,i assured them I would give them an A+ on the survey. I also asked for the plate bracket to not be mounted and drilled, and no dealer sticker.

I usually tell the dealership don't waste your time putting it on my car or truck and if its there you can keep the vehicle. Its funny to see a salesman scrambling to remove it.

Ya...I don't get why dealers bother with them still. Nobody looks as them anymore.

Told my dealer not to put one on (or mount the front plate bracket)...no problem at all.

Any decent dealer will use the license plate frame for his advertising.

In the future, if you buy new, request it to either not be added or removed at pickup.

Don't need no stinkin' stickers on my ride....

I even get rid of the license plate frames. No free advertising from me.

The dealer just left a frame in my back seat. Made it easy to toss.

I guess I must have been one of the few lucky ones. All my other cars always had them on the back end. Never cared until I got this car. Dealer actually never put them on. If they had I would have had them removed before leaving the dealer. Of course I advertised for them on the license plates with those license plaques until the new plates showed up. I didn't care if they were on there as I knew they were coming off within a week or two.

Dean.

yea when I ordered I told them DO NOT put your sticker on it, and DO NOT wash it. yea it looked crappy when I picked it up being all dirty, but i brought her home. washed and clayed and sealed her. then went out and broke her hard.

dealer washed it once after they fixed a TC prob, and I was they put swirls in her... took me a few hours but i got rid of them.

wash it yourself, it takes little more than an hour. and looks a lot better.

do your own oil changes as well.

This

I specifically told my sales person prior to delivery that I did not want a dealership decal or license plate frame on my car!
