Even with all these issues the pleasure of having the top down is well worth the trouble.
I think I bought the first after the gap in 88? and it always leaked. Got a 92 and it didn't leak but made some noises. Bought a 98 SS convertible and loved it. No top since 88 on any of my cars (except a suburban tow car) |

I've had my 2011 1lt in the shop multiple times for water in the rear floorboards. Mine gets soaking wet where I need a shop vac. The dealer adjusted the water bag and the window seals, but it keeps happening (4-5 times since Sept 2011). Any body else?

I had a flood in my 2011 on the rear passenger floor. my dealer had the car stripped down (ie back seats out etc.) and traced the flooding to the water management bag as the culprit. They installed the newer version of the the bag and knock on wood , no floods since. |
