Thanks, GAZL1. Not really sure why it took so long, I think it sat in Oshawa for a while waiting for transport out west. I wasn't in a rush, knowing that I couldn't drive it anway when it got here.

This particular upgrade doesn't do much to the growl, as only the CAI, pulleys, injectors, thermostat, and intercooler are upgraded.

They sure do love Hennessy there! I was going to do the HPE 600 package at GSL to my 2010 2ss if I wasn't able to get my ZL1. Happy things worked out for both of us. Blows me away that in a city with well over a million people that there will only be approx 5 2013 ZL1 owners here. Great for you and I but it sucks for the many other people who want and deserve the ZL1 here. I still shake my head at the allocation numbers here. It's gonna be a lot of people saying "WTF is that" in the spring. Those American people below us just don't know how good they have it when it comes to ZL1 allocation. I'm not a pretentious man and I wish more people could enjoy such a sweet ride up here. You were like me and got in early. People still have deposits at the dealer I dealt with hoping for a change in allocation numbers for 2013 and two people have deposits on 2014. We wait over a year plus in some cases to acquire a ZL1 in Canada if you are one of the lucky. Bringing them up from the United States is darn near impossible with all the rules and regulations. The kicker is we only get to drive them 6 months of the year if we are lucky. I hope you spend some quality time bonding with your ZL1. We have only 3 more months to go approx until we ride again!!

Had to have it transported from the dealer because the roads are full of snow here in Calgary. Almost got stuck in front of my driveway after taking it off the transport truck. Luckily I had some sand and gravel handy to spread in front of the tires.
She's cozy and warm in my heated garage now. Incidentally, my car cover arrived in the mail today, too. Good timing.
Just waiting for May to arrive now...

Congratulations on the beautiful car! I am sure it will be hard to wait until May to have some fun with her!

What rules and regulations???
That is just b.s. that salesmen say to scare you away from the idea.

I purchased my 2013 ZL1 in August from Texas. Drove it to the border paid the GST and got the 2 minute inspection done at Canadian tire .
Done and done. All for under 60K. I may have been the first to have a 13 in Alberta. Don't be afraid to buy in the U.S.

Silver made up only 6% of total ZL1 production in 2012. I found that somewhat surprising.
