I know I need to go over to the storage locker where my ZL1 is and put some big damn labels on the sides and the front and back, saying DRIVERS SIDE, PASSENGER SIDE, FRONT YOU IDIOT, and BACK YOU MORON.

When I put the car into the storage locker, I did it in the evening so it was dark. The locker has one overhead light socket, but that'where the tender is plugged in (no I don't have one of those adapters that allow both a bulb and a socket).

I have the GM cover that has the side pockets for the mirrors.

I lay the cover on the car, and I'm trying to line up (what I thought) was the front of the cover with the front of the car, but of course the cover is sliding all over the place. I get the front of the cover where the hood is, and I go to strech the mirror pocket over the mirror. I get it over the mirror, but now the part of the cover at the front of the car looks too long?
Damn, I've got the cover on backwards. But the 'Camaro' lettering is at the front where it belongs?
Turn the cover around, again with the damn thing slipping and sliding all over the place.
OK, now it's turned around. Put the pocket over the mirror.
WTF? now the front is too long again?
turn it around AGAIN. Maybe it slipped when moving it I mistakenly put it back the way it was???
SOAB? This aint right.
Forget putting the Camaro lettering towards the front. Where are those dam mirror pockets. Line them BOTH up with the mirrors.
SOAB?
Hey MORON, the Camaro lettering goes on the SIDES of the car. the bowties go on the front and the back.

Thanks!
Yeah I also bought the camaro outdoor cover before they had the one that said ZL1 on the side. Fits great. My thought was if I ever needed to I could use it outside. I really just bought it for indoor storage. The felt one is probably a little softer but I am pretty happy with this one. I will be more happy when I take it off in April and drive the car again.

What is the inside of the cover like? Does it have any points that might scratch the car?
